When you install Adobe Creative Cloud with Arabic support (Middle Eastern version), there will be few Arabic fonts downloaded and installed on your machine. Regardless of whether you're on Mac or Windows, Adobe fonts should work fine as they're all in OpenType format.

When you acquire Arabic fonts from any vendor, you need to communicate with the seller and make sure the font will work in Adobe products, and make sure you ask for a guarantee that the font will work with Adobe products, this way if you buy the font then later you find out it is not fully functional with Adobe products, you may ask for a fix or return the font.
