Installierte Schriftart wird in Dokumenten nicht erkannt

Bei einem neuen Arbeitsplatz wurde eine bestimmte Schriftart über Fonts lizensiert und installiert. Das Dokument wurde zuvor an einem anderen Rechner mit der gleichen Schriftart erstellt, doch wird es nun auf dem neuen Rechner geöffnet, wird die Schriftart als fehlend markiert. Somit müssten in allen Dokumenten die Schriftarten ausgetauscht werden, was bei der Anzahl nicht empfehlenswert wäre.
Hat jemand ein ähnliches Problem gehabt, bzw. einen Lösungsvorschlag?

Sorry if I misunderstand but you could get an auto-replacement with one document, which will locate the missing front, on Adobe font, and then when this font will be synced, the others documents will not need any replacement, the software will find it.

If you open a document in InDesign with some fonts missing, you get the option for InDesign to go to adobe fonts and find the missing fonts and sync them. But you'll have to activate the option first.

Vielen Dank für die Antwort. Leider ist diese Option bei uns bereits aktiviert. Anbei eine aktuelle Übersicht der Fehlermeldungen... Die Datei die hier den Fehler anzeigt, wurde mit meinem Rechner und der gleichen Poppins Font erstellt, die auch aus der Cloud stammt.
Wie auf den Screenshots zu sehen ist, ist die Schriftart intalliert und aktiviert. Öffenen wir ein Dokument, wird sie uns in Klammern und mit dem Zusatz OTF angezeigt.

Sure, sorry. Thank you very much for the answer. Unfortunately, this option is already activated for us two. Attached is a current overview of the error messages... The file that shows the error here was created with my computer and the same Poppins font (Font changing window 3.png), which also comes from the cloud.
As you can see on the screenshots, the font is installed and activated (4.png). When we open a document, it is displayed in brackets (2.png) and with the addition OTF.

You got me checking and see what comes up with Poppins too

So apparently I got two sets, one entirely synced through Creative Cloud, and one that contains a mix of installed and synced
the installed fonts:

in which you can see Poppins with no duplicates from the synced selection

So not sure what's happening with yours, maybe the OTF version conflicts with the others?
Hopefully someone will come and point us to the right answer 🙂
