Problem with synchronizing fonts on creative cloud

Hello,
I have the Adobe license with several software (photoshop, ind, illustrator) and I have been using the Fonts application with Creative Cloud for years.

But for several weeks I have encountered a problem, the synchronization of fonts seems blocked. At first I could no longer add new fonts, and then now for several days, even the old fonts already installed have been desynchronized from the application. (see attached image) When I try to add a new font with Creative Cloud, I have the notification telling me "font installed" and the green dot. But then the application refreshes automatically and the dot turns red with the indication "unable to install the font".

The solutions already tried:
- Log out, and log back in.
- Delete the application and reinstall it.

- Delete all fonts and reinstall them.

- Do all the software updates, Adobe, Windows..

I don't understand anything, do you have any ideas and advice to give me please?

thank you for your help.

Have you tried clearing the System Font Cache? The procedure how to do that is in this page:

I believe I am experiencing the same issue. In my case it could be using an older iMac but I will follow to see if there are any other solutions offered.

Have the same Problem, Fonts not syncing.
Loader is shown with Message....
I've tried everything, uninstalled cloud, repaired cloud, emptied the font cache. No solution.

LATEST

@Tarun Saini  The problem is that yyyI have Adobe no longer supports the latest Mac OS I can install so Creative Cloud no longer works to load fonts for me, and I can't install to the newer Adobe products either.
