I was able to add an abobe font earlier today, but for the past hour, I have been getting this error:
"An error occurred while trying to add all fonts. Some fonts may not be added."
I tried adding it from Illustrator, then from the website—got the error. I turned fonts off and on in the creative cloud app. Same error. I've tried a dozen different fonts with the same outcome. Anyone know of a solution?

The issue has been resolved I added a font with no issues.

Yes, I am also having this issue - very frustrating as I am trying to get work done. Please Adobe help us out! Nothing is helping in terms of troubleshooting. ☹️

Same. Started happening for me around 10 pm EST on 9/7. Still occurring now, the next morning at 9 am EST. I have a project due TODAY with a specific brand guide calling for two fonts. Please fix, Adobe!!

I have had the same problem since last night around 7 PM EST. Tried the normal fixes of logging out and restarting to no avail.

Same. I have logged out, toggled things on/off, and even restarted my computer. Nothing. Clearly, it's a mass Adobe Cloud issue that needs quick resolving!

Hello!
I am running into an issue with downloading Adobe fonts. I have downloaded fonts in the past with no issues, but today the error ""An error occoured while trying to add fonts." keeps popping up. I tried downloaded several different fonts to make sure it wasn't an issue with just the font family I was interested in, but I had the same error pop up for all of them.
Here are the things I have already tried to rectify the issue, based on other support articles/posts I have found online:

I would love some assistance with figuring out why I am running into this problem.

We cannot add fonts with Creative Cloud. We get an error message.

Have used in the past.
Trying to install a font now... everything looks correct till I hit install and then it says ""An error occurred while trying to activate all fonts. Some fonts may not be activated. Please try again." in a red lozenge in the bottom right corner of the browser window. Have done every step in the troubleshooting including reset... logout... login... restart... checked the open ports... etc... And yes... browser and creative cloud are the same account... and yes... I am up to date on billing etc...
This is super frustrating and kind of messing me up right now.
