I was able to add an abobe font earlier today, but for the past hour, I have been getting this error: 

"An error occurred while trying to add all fonts. Some fonts may not be added."

I tried adding it from Illustrator, then from the website—got the error. I turned fonts off and on in the creative cloud app. Same error.  I've tried a dozen different fonts with the same outcome. Anyone know of a solution?

Thank you, Gareth!  I checked their reporting and it showed as up, but I'm "glad" to know it's not just me 😞 Not glad it's hurting others though... except in the misery loves company loves that more attention might get this fixed sooner.

I have the same problem! I've been trying to install new fonts but keep getting the same error over and over again. I spent hours trying to resolve this, but no luck! I don't know what to do!

Same here! I have two accounts and both give this error. A couple of days ago I've added fonts just fine... Not sure where I can report this to Adobe except mention it here.

Here is what  just got from a live agent chat (friday sept 8 9:45am eastern time): Thank you I would like to inform you that our team is working on it. We have no ETA as of now but usually issue like this gets fixed within 24 hours.

I cannot activate Adobe fonts.

If I try to do it from within Illustrator, it is stuck on "Activating.."

If I try to do from https://fonts.adobe.com/ it says "An error occurred while trying to add fonts."

I have tried every troubleshooting option on https://helpx.adobe.com/fonts/kb/troubleshoot-adding-fonts.html

My cloud membership is active. I don't know what else to try. Support is not responding to me. Has anyone else dealt with this or managed to fix it? Thank you.

I actually just checked in photoshop and the fonts were added even though the web site gave the error that they couldn't be.

je n'arrive pas installer mes polices venant d'adobe fonts.

Il y a un message d'erreur me disant que l'ajout de ma police a échoué.

J'ai déjà redemarré mon mac et je me suis déjà deconnecter/reconnecter à mon compte créative cloud mais rien n'y fait je ne peuc pas ajouter de polices venant d'adobe fonts.

Quelqu'un aurait une solution à me proposer ?
