Roc Grotesk Font

Hi! We have a problem with  Roc Grotesk Font, when we write down a word with an accent, for example "sesión" the accent isn't work with this font. How could we solve the problem? Thanks.

To investigate your issue, we need some more details, could you please let us know how are you accessing the Roc Grotesk Font is it through fonts.adobe.com you could share the screenshot of the incorrect accent you get, since when you are facing this issue? Also if you are using this font through a different application.

    Hi Neelamk, 

     

    I answer the differents questions: 

     

    • Yes, it´s through fonts.adobe.com 
    • We installed it two days ago, we used for the first time and we saw the problem with the accent right there. 
    • We are using this font in adobe applications. 
    • You can find attached the screenshot of the incorrect accent.

    Hi! Thanks for your answer. 

     

    We are using this one https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/roc-grotesk and we have problem with all font families. 

    The Application is Illustrator.

    Thank you for the details. Could you please check and let me know if you see the same issue with any other applications of Adobe or just Illustrator? How do you see it in fonts.adobe.com, does it look good there?
