Same fonts are displayed differently on different computers

Hi All,
I have the problem that some font styles of Sofi Pro Condensed look different when I open an InDesign Document on different computers. (see Screenshot: same document, opend on different computers, no changes meanwhile) How is this possible – and any idea how I can fix this?

I'm having the same issue with Sofia Pro Condensed, it's suddenly started displaying more squeezed. Analyzing two sets of PDFs - one displaying the font correct and one incorrectly - shows a slight change in the font name (see grabs, note the addition of a hyphen), but both are synced to the same font available from Adobe Fonts.
