AC3 audio on Media Encoder source video

I have multiple video files 1920x1080 with AC3 audio that I need to transcode down to preview quality of 480x360 with AAC audio.  The files will transcode, but with no audio, and I see in the log file that it does not look like it is able to decode the AC3 audio.  I loaded additonal audio codes so that Windows Media player will now playback the files natively on windows, but I am still getting the error in the log and the files still do not have any audio.  I am working on Media Encoder version 22, and have loaded Vokoder and even purchsed an AC3 license from Minnetonka Audio.

 

Any thoughts?
