adobe green

Question

Hi currently I'm facing random green frame issues on my Adobe Media encoder v14. 2 and I can't find any fix/answer anywhere.

The problem started after I imported effects or graphics inside the project. It was fine when I do a preview in Premiere after the editing and issues that happened once encoded by AME.

If I do rendering in premiere and save local as MXF. Then reimport to premiere, after that export to AME means no issues.

I already formatted my MAC and reinstalled adobe but the problem still persists.

The green flickers affect my daily operation and please assist to solve this issue

Hi rames_astro,

Sorry to hear about this. Is it happening while exporting in any specific format? Also, have you tried switching the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only & checked if it's exporting properly?
