Hey Reel_Cowboys!

See where it says "Around timecode: 00;00;26;17 - 00;00;27;03"?

What's happening at that timecode in your project?

Thanks!

Caroline

Caroline, I have 3 tracks and one audio track at these two places.

No animation.

Track 1 is a static image

Track 2 is a scrolling legacy title and

Track 3 is a static image

I also have one audio track.

I am looking at the scrolling legacy title (showing video credits), but I don't know what I am looking for.

Try to render to GoPro Cineform at high quality, then use the exported Cineform to create H.264 for youtube

There could be many reasons:

01. you have to clean your Media Encoder and Premiere Pro media cache

02. you have to delete your render files

03. your CPU might not be generation 7 and up to properly support H.264 encoding

04. you are using accelerated effects and working in software only or if working in GPU acceleration you might want

to update the video card from the vendor's website(if you are working on a windows machine)

Carlos, thank you for all the input.

  1. How do I clean my Premier and media Encoder Cache?
  2. Where do I find my render files and what do they look like?
  3. This is the same CPU I am using the create other H.264 video.
  4. I can certainly check this out, but I am pretty sure I am running the latest drivers for my video card. How do I turn off the accelerated effects so I can test this theory?

OK, I have determibed that the problem is NOT in Adobe Premire CC 2019. When I export the video without using Media Encoder, it works perfectly, when I export to Media Encoder, I have the same problem.

Ideas?
