ADOBE MEDIA ENCODER CANT CONNECTING TO PROJECT AFTER EFFECT

i cant connecting preset export to after effect, i use OS Monterey in macbook pro M1 PRO, i first time subcribe adobe and this is what i got?!

We're sorry about the poor experience. Is this happening with any specific After Effects project or all of them? Have you tried manually importing the After Effects project in Media Encoder & checked if it's loading it properly? Also, let us know the version of After Effects & Media Encoder that you are using. We're here to help, just need more info.

Has this issue been solved? I got the same issue since last night. I have 2022 version for both. Media Encoder is freezing. Please advise.
