Hello! Ever since I've been using After Effects 23.5 with Media Encoder 23.5 I cannot export my render from After Effects to Media Encoder. I've uninstalled and reinstalled apps, cleared cache, tried different projects and nothing is working. It will launch Media Encoder from After Effects but it won't send the file that needs to be rendered. On the media encoder side, it says "Help client failed to launch" when I try to go to help.

I have no issues rendering with After Effects or reaching the help.

I'm getrting desperate, please help.

23.5 exported all pro res 4444 quicktimes from after effects incorrectly. the video was offset to the left by about 10% of the screen. Had to revert to 23.4 and it fixed it. Render queue from after effects also worked correctly.

Having major issues with AME now, Two different iMac Pros and two different kinds of fails (from two different projects). One of the machines encodes with glitches and broken video, the other project encodes but shows color bars as if I'm missing content. However, I go to AE and encode okay directly from there.

Hello, I've successfully installed Media Encoder but every time my Mac goes to verify it it tells me the file is damaged and needs to be removed.

I've installed and uninstalled 3 times and also rebooted my machine in between.

Is this common?

This is a joke, I bought the hvec codec from the microsoft store for a couple bucks and it worked fine exporting my videos on rush. Now you are making people pay for a subscription only to use your own hvec codec and won't let them export videos if they dont have it. I'm not paying 71.99 a month just for a hev codec when I already have one on my PC
