Hey there, y'all!

I just got the newest updates for AME, PPro, etc... And now, no matter what I try, I cannot get AME to login to my Youtube account. Here's what I've tried thus far... (After each, I went to AME and tried to login to youtube through the publish menu.

1. I have logged out of Youtube everywhere I may be logged in.

2. I have made sure to be logged into Youtube in Crome and Firefox, individually and together.

3. Create a new preset

4. Tried using a different Youtube account.

When I try to login, it takes me to the expected login page, asking which account I want to login to. I hit the account, it takes me to the expected "Allow to manage" screen. I hit accept, that window closes, I get the beach ball, it finishes, brings me back to the expected Presets browser, but I remain "Not Logged In."

Anyone else having this with the new update?

Actually, I tried to reply to this yesterday, but something took me away...

The secret is that I needed to be logged into the Creative Cloud App on my local computer. When that was done, all was well again! 8-)

Hi Kevin, you might want to try moving or trashing your preferences folder.  You can clear preferences by holding the Shift key down when launching AME, or you can quit AME and move your "11.0" preferences folder to the desktop temporarily to force AME to rebuild the folder on the next launch.

Mac: /Users/[username]/Documents/Adobe/Adobe Media Encoder/11.0/

Win: C:\Users\[username]\Documents\Adobe\Adobe Media Encoder\11.0\

Also, are you able to log into other publishing destinations like Twitter or Facebook from AME?
