Does anyone else experience that Creative Cloud causes programs and computers to crash? We've been using the Adobe Suit for 25+ years and never experienced frustrations like these. And it seems to be getting worse. Adobe programs often freeze mid-work or while saving causing our computers to completely restart themselves! And we're not working on poor quality computers, we use latest and top of the range technology for large and high profile jobs. This is absolutely ridiculous. Biggest problems we face currently are with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop and even Illustrator. In addition to this, it seems that Creative Cloud keeps disconnecting, interfering with programs and or not responding.
Adobe seriously needs to start fixing these problems, its programs and services are extremely expensive, the least it should do is work. These problems have been going on for months, even updating programs doesn't seem to fix anything fully. I'm also not sure how Adobe's programs can be so faulty that an entire computer forces itself to shut down just to prevent any damage. Then after restarting gives you a message to say "Your computer has restarted due to a problem..."
In addition to the above, matters seem to worsen with every update. Also it seems impossible to get hold of anyone at Adobe, hence the post here...
