Momentan habe ich das Problem, dass mein Adobe Media Encoder NICHT auf die hinzugabe von Kompositionen über After Effects annimmt.

Sorry for your issue. The dynamic link works only when the version of both the applications is the same. Please check the exact version of After Effects and Adobe Meda Encoder.
