I'm exporting a H.264 video with a solid red background however I noticed it was exporting slightly darker. I tried changing a few options and discovered the problem was hardware encoding, and using software encoding gave me the correct color. I want to continue using hardware encoding as it's faster than software, so is there something that can be done to fix the color inaccuracy?

I had the same problem too, drove me nuts. I'd like to figure out the solution too!

I figured out that I could fix it by using the software encoding option instead of hardware encoding
