Creating Proxy fails

I'm getting errore messages when I try to create a proxy for my file B.

Both on AME 2020 and 2022.

For file A I managed to create one the first time, but upon trying again it also gives me an error.

For shorter Files it does work, but for that specific 4k iPhone .MOV file, it just doesn't want to.

I only need a way, so I can edit my 4k files in Premiere smooth.

(Already tried to convert in VLC and just add it as a proxy, but the video outsyncs)

I just tried to turn "Renderer:" to "Mercury Playback Engine Software Only"

and it gives me the following error:
