difficult proxy creation

I am trying to make proxies in a premierpro project.
and here is the error message:

Hi there,

1.8 GB might not be sufficient enough for the process to complete. Along with the space required for saving the encoded media, apps might need more space to save temporary/cache files which are required for the apps to function properly. Have you tried freeing up some disk space to check if it's working properly?
