Downscalling aliasing problem

Got a problem with AME 15 (maybe before too) on windows 10
Got a terrible quality when downscaling videos. I checked everywehere to find scaling filter parameters, but nothing. Maybe someone knows?

Can you please share your system info? Like OS and version, CPU, RAM, GPU vRAM. I'm guessing you are not using GPU hardware acceleration.

using windows 10 and rtx 2070 with lot of ram and a ryzen.

the thing is that happens in the AME interace, so it's not a compression problem.

I'm looking for the scaling filter parameters, like bicubic, nearest, lanczos...any idea of where to find those?
