Encode more than 1 file simultaneously, possible?

So if I queued about 20-30 files It encodes them 1 by 1, but I'd like to add more vids to be converted at the same time.

Can't find such setting, is it available?

It's not possible to encode multiple jobs simultaneously. The only way to encode multiple files simultaneously is on a job with multiple outputs. If you go to Settings > Enable Parallel Encoding and add multiple formats to the same file, you can have them encode at the same time. I've done tests with this option on several times over the years and it's not always faster; but I know this isn't what you're looking to do.
