Encoder won’t launch

Every time i launch encoder it crashes mid launch, usually around (unexpected error) Any Ideas?

Mac OS 10.15.6 on MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) with 8 GB AMD 5500M and Creative Cloud 2020.

Could not start it for some months already! 

Want to ask for reimburse, as it is not right!
