H.265 vertical 4K movie rotated 90 degrees.

I am trying to encode H.265 vertical movie(widht:2160, height:3840), shot on Android smartphone.

But Adobe Media Encoder judge as horizontal movie(widht:3840, height:2160) when input this file from a watch folder.

One one hand, H.264 vertical movie (widht:2160, height:3840) is judged truly.

I want to encode from vertical movie to horizontal one adding pillar box for displaying a 9x16 movie on a 16x9 display.

How can I encode H.265 vertical movie without rotating using watch folders.

* Device

* Movie parameter

resolution : width 2160, height 3840

format : H.265

* Watch folder parameter
