HELP adobe media encoder glitching when rendering transparent

Hi can anyone please help me with this issue, it seems that adobe media encoder is having a weird on and off bug where it would rendered the transparent object very wrongly. You can see the image above https://i.imgur.com/wxiueTR.png the watermarklogo has a transparent resolution of 1920 x 1080 the weird thing is that it has this weird greyed out overlay Sometimes it happens sometimes it doesn't. Is their something wrong right now with media encoder with the h264 vimeo HD 1080p preset?

This issue is resolved in the latest update Media Encoder 12.1.1. Please update the app using Creative Cloud application.
