How can I install Adobe Media Encoder 2018?

I was using AME 2018 with 2018 Premiere Pro. I need to use these versions because my system doesn't meet the requirements for 2020. It hasn't been a problem so far. I do a lot of video production work and doc film editing. AME stopped communicating with Premiere when I cancelled an export so I uninstalled and now I'm trying to find AME 2018 to install but Adobe seems to give me no options for this.

Only the last two versions of AME and Premiere Pro are available for download, not the 2018 versions.

Is there no way around this? Going outside of Adobe for instance?
