Importing problem from after effects

Hi everyone. I'm experiencing a weird problem. I have my project all set up in after effects. Then I go to File>Export> add to media encoder render queue. Then it sends over just fine. However, the text gets changed to gibberish. See the screenshots below. I have no clue what the problem is or how to fix it. So if anyone can help, that would be great. Thank you!

I think it happens since your Comp in Ae has a fps of 29.969 while you render out it to 29.97. Make sure that the Comp in Ae is set to 29.97 as well and make sure that the animation has ended as expected at the last frame. Cmd+K to open the Composition Settings.
