Update : i understand how to resolve my problem after a call with adobe.
you have to downgrade adobe to the first version of 2022 (22.0) in adobe creative cloud in both program media encoder and premiere pro.
to install this version you have to go in adobe creative cloud tap the program in the search area > select (media encoder or premiere pro) > click on the 3 point on thr top right of the page select "others versions" > search 22.0 and install.
that's all, you have to do this for both program. Also "make sure media encoder and premiere pro have the same version" that's what the adobe guy told me.
Good luck you 2 and sorry for my bad english
