ME Stuck on Splash - decklinktransmit.bundle

Hi! Media Encoder gets stuck on the splash screen with a "Loading DeckLinkTransmitter.bundle" message. Anyone else had this issue/have a fix? Thanks!

Typically 3rd party plugins from Blackmagic would be in the following locations on Following platform.

- On MAC -

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/Mediacore

(This is MAC Library - denoted by /Library , other Library is User Library Denoted by ~/Library, This path is in MAC Library actually not in User's Library)

- On Windows
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins/MediaCore

Remove the Plugin - and try relaunch Premiere once again.

For more context - currently running MacOS Monterey v12.3.1. Apple M1 Max chip.

We're sorry to hear about this. Are you using any Blackmagic DeckLink device with your system? If so, please ensure that the latest compatible driver/utility is installed. Also, is any other Adobe app getting stuck on the splash screen?
