Media Encoder 15.2 not launching/opening properly

My Media Encoder is not launching. the previous version never launched either. I have tried reinstalling, and I have tried deleting the Cache files for Media Encoder included in the library folder. I am running iMac 27 inch 2017. What am I missing? It says Error has Occurred after launch screen.

SAMEEEE! i deleted it 3 times and shut down my entire computer i dont know why its not working

What error do you get when the application fails to launch?

Are you using macOS 11.4? If not, which one do you have?

It says Midea Coder has quit unexpectedly, with no error code I could see.

I am running 11.4
