Media Encoder 2018 and AE 2018 Dynamic Link Error

SOLUCIÓN

Yo tenía el mismo problema pero logré solucionarlo. Busquen en preferencias de AE y el Encoder. Anteriormente ya dijeron qué modificar en el preferencias de AE. En el Encoder, vayan a preferencias y luego a Sincronizar configuración. Una opción dirá "Al sincronizar", deben seleccionar "cargar siempre configuración". Luego, si desean pueden volver a la configuración anterior.

Same here... but I have seen this problem since media encoder has been released. I don't get why they moved all the good containers and codecs  features from the render queue to this garbage app...at least they should have let us the option to render our videos with the software we want! Right now my workflow is: render a .mov with animation codec in AE, then import the .mov in ME to render my .mp4 with H265... what a wast of time! We use to be able to render those directly with AE but not anymore. Thanks to  the broken ME dynamic link...

Same issue, was fine till I updated 09-04-2018. Have uninstalled both AME & AE, reinstalled. still didn't work.

I ran into this problem last summer (June, 2017). The Adobe folks came up with this, which worked for me:

I looked into this further and find out this problem happens when the following conditions are both met. - AE Preferences > General > "Show Start Screen at Startup" is disabled - AE Preferences > New Project > "New Project loads template" is enabled

I changed one (or both, I don't remember) settings and it's worked peachy for me since.

Same problem for the 6 month. The programs is updating t newer versions, but problems is still unresolved Oo

Is someone from Adobe going to respond to this? It seems like a fairly common problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still have the same problem. I also ran the Adobe CC cleaner, as suggested in another post.

I used the CC installer to install both AE and the AME so I know they are both the same versions.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I had same problems million times. Sometime link works good, sometimes it take 3-4 minutes and sometimes it don't work at least. Restart computer helps me. We don't have another software except Adobe =( It like a MS Windows. Don't work good, but everybody use it.
