For some reason earlier today, when I updated my apps, the media encoder did not. It only downloaded 2021. When trying to uninstall, I get an error stating that the program is still running. Yet my computer just started.
The encoder is not running at all, could not find it in task manager to force quit, and is refusing to uninstall even through the direct file. And I can not open it at all.
I am on a PC.
It has migrated into my Premier as well now. This is killing me because I have to get this video in for my final.
