Media Encoder 2022 WeBM No Alpha

The WebM plugin in the Adobe Exchange is an old version that does not include alpha channel support. When downloading the version from fnordware directly you get the alpha channel option in Media Encoder 2021. Now that Media Encoder 2022 is out, it seems to be forcing the older version. Any idea how to fix this or go back to 2021 just for Media Encoder?

Quicktime is also not working (getting blue after export)
