Media Encoder 2023 crashes on splash screen - windows 11

The software displays a splash screen, then a blank white message pops up, and then closes immediately. I don't know if the error log which mentions an invalid window handle is relevant, but it occours every time I try and open ME. Nview is the desktop manager I have disabled but to no avail. Please could anyone help?

I am very sorry for your experience. Can you add a comment to the crash so that we can retrieve all info from the crash logs?

Do you have any plugions installed?

Could you share your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM)? Also, what's the last loading module on the splash screen?
