Media Encoder 2023 Target Bitrate Slider Missing

Adobe Media Encoder 2023 is missing the bitrate control slider that existed in < 2022 versions.

Maybe my terminology is off but it was essentially how you could control the target bitrate to get a more specific end file size. I've been unable to find it anywhere in the new 2023 UI..

That section depends on the format you chose at the top of the Export Media window. I'm guessing you have ProRes chosen in your screenshot of AME 2023, but if you switch to H.264 you should get the settings you're expecting.
