Media Encoder color space issues

Hello,

Probably a returning topic but I need some help here.

Basically what my Media encoder sees as "source" has different colors than what i see in after effects, even with "Use display color management" unchecked. This results in faulty colors in my rendered result.
When I render with the Render Queue I do get the right colors. However, I would like to use the Media Encoder because it has a lot more presets.

I use Apple RGB in as color space in AE on advise of a friend, but not sure if that's the right thing to do here? I also tried Rec9 but that didn't change anything in the end.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

PS: I tried copy pasting the LUT files from AE to Media Encoder but that doesn't seem to work anymore.
