Media Encoder Crashes When A video is exported to it from After Effects or Premiere

Hello. I have the latest AE, Premiere, and Media Encoder

If I try to queue anything to Media Encoder, the program crashes.

What is the problem?

I understand your concern. Adobe Media Encoder's stability is dependent on various reasons like the system's hardware, process/task running during the render process, etc.

• Does the application crashes while rendering or while the dynamic link manager is running to queue the projects inside AME
• Do you get any error or notification when the application crashes?
• Please share your system details(OS, RAM, GPU, etc)
