Media Encoder do not have a profile for DNxHR/DNxHD MXF OP1a

Hi, I do not see the profile for "DNxHR/DNxHD MXF OP1a" inside Media Encoder.

This should be available as built-in according to:
https://helpx.adobe.com/media-encoder/using/file-formats-supported-export.html#

Am I missing anything in the system? How to diagnose the issue?

I have tried already reinstalling Adobe CC package (Media Encoder, Premiere Pro) without success.

Regards,

Marcin

Correct answer Marcin Szaferski

The issue was related to Dolby Digital codec availability in the system (Windows 10 Pro).

In short...

  • Windows updates (all available)
  • Reinstaling Audio drivers for my motherboard (realtek_nahimic_UAD_audio)
  • More then 2 Windows restarts

and voila...

Thank you for posting the solution to your issue. Someone with the same problem might eventually run across this and need to do the same thing.
