MEDIA ENCODER FAILING TO RENDER

So I am trying to export my shots from today with media encoder and when it comes time for me to actually hit the green button some will export and then it starts failing. Then they will just stop and it wont even try and do anything. I hope someone has a answer!!!Image 2-14-21 at 7.23 PM.JPG
