Media Encoder no abre

Desde hace unos 3 días me sale este error al intentar abrir Media Encoder. Qué me recomiendan hacer? Saludos

Doesnt work

La borro, incluso la quito de la papelera y al intentar abrir Media Encoder vuelve a crear la carpeta y a reportarme el mismo error.

Sorry for the trouble. It seems like a permission issue.

If possible, try logging in using a different Administrator account into the OS and see if the issue persists.
