Media Encoder says it's not installed but AME & Premiere are same

Hi,

I've needed to use AME to export a sequence and recently updated Premiere and AME to 14.0.3, the latest build. When I click "Queue" in the export screen, it says that AME isn't installed, but it is and their build number is the same.

I did recently re-install Creative Cloud's app since it disappeared from my computer but I was able to get everything updated yet am still running into this. Anyone encounter this? I've seen similar requests but nothing that's really clicked

I am still experiencing the exact same issue.
