Adobe Media Encoder is stuck in "Software only" whenever I render out anything. Despite GPU engine being selected it refuses to use it. I have 2 GPU's in my workstation and both sit idol during AME renders. It goes straight to the CPU's every time.

Hi michaels9676345,

Sorry for the trouble. We need more info to understand the issue better.

What are the system specs(OS, RAM, GPU, CPU)? Have you updated the GPU drivers to the latest version?

What is the exact dot version of the application? FAQ: How to find the exact version of Premiere Pro you're using?

Thanks,

Vidya
