Media Encoder will not launch all of a sudden????

Question

Media Encoder all of a sudden will not launch and gives me this error message.

I have attempted to reinstall the program through Creative Cloud at least 3 times with no success.

I have sent a report with a request for workarounds or suggestions to solve the issue with no success.

I have included screen shots of the error window + my Mac OS capabilities to give the problem some context.

Can someone help to remedy my issue? My workflow is completely disrupted all of a sudden now that Media Encoder will not launch.

Meida Encoder crashes when loading plug in BCCLayerDeformer.bundle and will not open. This plug in can not be located on my machine. My thought was to delete the plug in to eliminate the problem during start up.
