Media Encorder automatically change dimension of my video and I can't change it

Hi,

I convert mov file to mp4 through Media Encorder and it changed the dimension of my video from 375x667 to 374x666 and I can't even change it.

Here's my video setting. Exporting settings are below:

Format: H.264

Preset: Match Source- Medium bitrate

Please help!

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in. The dimensions are getting set as per the export settings chosen.

Please try changing the settings after unchecking the box in front of width and height.
