MP4 Export problem

Hi. I have problems with export as MP4.

In Adobe Encoder there is no error, but the exported file has only 1KB and does not open.

In Premiere there is this error as you see in the atached screenshot.

I have this problem since today.

Anybody with the same problem and knows how to solve it?

We have the same problem on all computers with different configurations. Downgrade to 23.0.1 works. there isnt this problem
