My *.mp4 has a degraded quality

I am renewing my love of animation in Flash/AnimateCC and this new World is strange and mysterious.

I am working on outputting my Animate CC file but the quality seems pretty low.

Match Source - High bitrate

OS: MAC, Sierra

Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated.
