Premiere and After Effects project files not loading in Media Encoder

None of my Premiere and After Effects project files seem to be loading in Media Encoder.

I like to use Media Encoder for the Youtube and Vimeo presets.

Ive tried ME2015 and ME2017.

Is it just buggy?
