I have updated to Media Encoder 2018, but I'm still running Premiere Pro 2017 due to the audio sync issues with 2018. When I go to add something to the render queue in Premiere I get an error message that Media Encoder is not installed. I can render from"export," but not from "queue." Suggestions?
Can I go back to Media Encoder 2017?
Yes, you can install/rollback to Media Encoder CC 2017.

Hi Rickt22261080,
Dynamic Link works with in the same version. Premiere pro CC2017 can communicate with Media Encoder CC2017 only.
Please update Premiere Pro CC2017 to the same version as of Media Encoder (CC2018).
Thanks,
Kulpreet Singh

I would gladly upgrade to Premiere Pro 2018, but there is a major bug in that version; audio is out of sync with the video. Can I go back to Media Encoder 2017?
