Premiere sequence not rendering properly in AME

Hi All,

Strange problem never come across before.

I have a premiere sequence I send to AME to encode H264 1920x1080 - high bitrate

There are 2 issues:

1. At the start of the sequence I have audio that plays perfectly on the premiere output window but when rendered via AME cuts of the first second or so. I have checked everything in premiere and I export entire sequence not in/out etc.

2. I have some video/audio that is synced and sounds perfect in premiere but when rendered (same settings as above) causes it to be out of sync by a second or 2.

Any ideas please?

Is this variable frame rate footage? Let us know.

The footage was 30fps put onto a 25fps timeline

Also added stills etc

What happens with a 30 fps sequence? Any better?
