"Media Encoder Has Encountered an Unexpected Error and Cannot Continue

This keep happening to me.  It's happened at least once a month for the last 4 months.  I uninstall and reinstall and clear the cache and have tried what seems to be everything.  Is there a solution for this!?  It's really really frustrating!  I use Media Encoder to export dozens of files at a time and when it won't even open, it kills me!

ADOBE, PLEASE FIX.
