rendering failure

I have a rendering problem in the "Adobe Media Encoder" program. whenever I try to render an after effects project, the media encoder program fails, it doesn't render, I wanted to know the reason for this happening!

Are you sure that both of the applications are the same version?  They don't have to be current, but make sure that you don't have a "newer" version of Ae, and an older version of Me (or opposite)

Hi there, 

 

We're sorry about the poor experience. Have you tried switching the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only & checked if it's exporting properly?
