Seriously, what is wrong with my encoding times?

New Here ,

Projects that use to take 6-7 hours are not finishing at all now, even when sitting overnight. I currently have a single encode going that has been processing for 21+ hours and is only at 60% with 18+ hours remaining... For a single video. I have changed nothing in my settings from the old projects, so I don't understand why this is happening now. I use to be able to queue up 5-6 videos and they would all finish overnight, now I can't even get one to finish after a full day.

I've upgraded my hard drive and installed the latest version of Encoder/Premiere (v15.0) in an attempt to correct possible issues and neither helped. I tried outputting directly from Premiere as well and that didn't help. I've also tried using other output settings, etc and that didn't help either. Is something wrong with my PC?

My system specs for reference - i7-7700K (4.20Ghz), 32GB RAM, 2080ti GPU, Windows 10

Try unchecking Hardware Encoding.
